  • What kind of prescreening services do you offer? (Background checks, drug screens, reference checks, etc?)

    At KeyStaff, we perform two reference checks and a background check on every candidate. Drug screens are done upon request from the client after a job offer has been made. We also offer specialized testing based upon the skill set that you need.

  • Can you test candidates ahead of time?

    We can! We will set up testing based upon the skill set that you are looking for. We can do standardized tests or more specific ones that are geared specifically for the job you are recruiting for.

  • Will you handle personnel issues should they arise?

    KeyStaff is fully equipped to handle any and all personnel issues that may arise. All you have to do is call us and a member of our professional staff will resolve the situation.

    KeyStaff was founded in Austin in February of 2004 and continues to grow rapidly in the Austin market!

  • Will you send me resumes prior to sending the candidates themselves?

    Our goal is to make the staffing process as easy as possible, and we are able to work with you in whichever way is best for you. If you would like to review resumes, we are more than happy to provide them either via fax or email.

  • What is your mark-up?

    Mark-ups vary according to the type of job. Each job has different insurance rates and recruiting costs. At KeyStaff, we will break down the totals so you always know where your money is going.

  • Do you know the market compensation for a specific position?

    We do market research to give you an appropriate range before making offers to candidates.

  • What other clientele do you work with?
