Jason Stoneberg founded KeyStaff, Inc. with Amy Stanley in February 2004. He was able to leverage his analytical and organizational skill as well as experience in large organizations to set up a successful foundation on which to build a growing business. He continues to focus on business processes and efficiencies that allow KeyStaff to provide a superior experience to its stakeholders.
Prior to KeyStaff, Jason pursued a career at Motorola, Inc. (later Freescale Semiconductor). During that time, he participated in the start-up of a flagship semiconductor fabrication facility and made numerous improvements in manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction. He also participated in a project management role in various factory wide initiatives, and also took part in several multi-factory initiatives to improve standardization.
Jason was a founding member of Helping Austin, and as such he has been instrumental in holding the annual gala to raise money for local Austin area non-profits in need. He has also served as the Programs Chair of the Young Execs of Austin from 2006-2008, on the Office of the Attorney General of Texas Employer Task Force from 2007 to present, on the Goodwill Ghoulwill Ball 2009 committee, and completed the Leadership Austin Emerge program in 2009.
Jason was born in Austin, Texas and also attended the University of Texas. He later attended graduate school at Texas A&M University where he received a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering. Jason now resides in Austin, and in his spare time enjoys reading, theater, and the abundant nightlife that Austin offers.
